How do I get my head scanned?
No special equipment needed. After you order, we send a link with simple instructions to record a short video of your head using your phone. Upload it and you're done.
What if my scan isn't good enough?
We review every scan before printing. If there's an issue, we'll reach out and help you re-record, no extra charge.
What happens to my head-scan video after my order?
Your privacy matters to us. We only use your scan video to create your custom tees. Once your order has been printed and shipped, your video is permanently deleted from our systems. We don't share, sell, or reuse your scan for anything else.
How long does it take?
We start once we receive your scan. Most orders ship within 5-10 business days after that.
Can each tee in my pack be a different person?
Each pack is one head scan applied across the whole set. Want multiple people? Just add a separate pack for each.
Are these real, usable tees?
Yes, they're 3D-printed with durable materials to actually tee up a golf ball, not just for display. That said, they're a novelty keepsake, not a bulk box of wooden tees, so treat them a little more kindly than you would a disposable one. If a tee arrives damaged or breaks under normal use, reach out within 30 days and we'll make it right.
