Refund & Return Policy
Every Head Golf Tee is custom-made to order from your personal head scan. Because each pack is unique to you and can't be resold or restocked, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong pack size, or dissatisfaction with the likeness of a scan you approved.
That said, we stand behind our work. We'll replace your order, free of charge, if:
- Your tees arrive damaged from shipping, or
- There's a clear defect in the printing or materials.
To request a replacement, email us at braetz.headgolftees@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once we confirm, we'll reprint and reship your pack at no cost to you.
Consent to use your scan. After you order, you'll be asked to upload a head-scan video and agree to how we use it to create your product. If you decide not to provide this consent, we simply can't make your tees — and because production hasn't started, we'll issue you a full refund, no questions asked. Just contact us at the email above.
A note on scans. Because your tees are printed from the video you submit, the final result depends on the quality of your scan. We review every scan before printing and will reach out if we spot a problem, but we can't offer refunds for results stemming from a low-quality or unclear scan that passed review. Damaged in normal use. These are a novelty keepsake, not a disposable tee. If one breaks under normal use, reach out within 90 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right on a case-by-case basis. Any remedy for normal-use breakage is a replacement, not a refund, and we're unable to assist with breakage reported after 90 days.
Order changes or cancellations. Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before you've submitted your scan and we've begun production. Once printing has started, we're unable to cancel or modify the order.
