This website and store, "Head Golf Tees," are operated by Easy Prints LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Custom products

Our tees are custom-made to order from a head-scan video you provide. By placing an order and submitting a scan, you confirm that you have the right to submit that video and consent to its use as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringes anyone's rights, or depicts a person who has not consented to appear.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these terms. If we cancel an order before production, we'll refund you in full.

Returns and refunds

All sales of custom products are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and designs — is owned by Easy Prints LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

Our products are novelty keepsakes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Prints LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
