Shipping policy

Processing time. Every order is custom-made from your head scan, so production begins only after you've submitted your scan video. Once we receive your scan, orders are typically printed and shipped within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States.

Delays. Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery time is in their hands. We're not responsible for carrier delays, but if your order seems lost or stuck, email us at braetz.headgolftees@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, though we'll do our best to help if you catch it before we ship.
